What you need to know before buying ceiling fans online

Question Delivery Information
AnswerDeliveries done within Singapore will be done by us. Once we receive your payment, you will receive a call  within one (1) to three (3) working days to arrange for a delivery slot. We can hold your ceiling fans for a maximum period of three (3) months, if needed. However, we strongly advise for you to receive your ceiling fans as soon as possible.

Orders placed on www.fancollection.com.sg are packaged with a delivery and processing fee of S$1 per fan to a single location within Singapore. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests

Question International Orders
AnswerAt this time, we are only able to process orders for delivery within Singapore. Please contact our Sales Team at +65 8909 1609 if you are ordering from territories outside of Singapore so that we may assess if it would be possible to fulfill your order.

Question Canceling an Order
AnswerPlease note that we strictly do not allow for cancellation of orders. If done so under special circumstances, the management reserves the right to determine the amount to be refunded in terms of store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that you should need to request for a cancellation of your order, please submit your request by emailing your Order Number, and Order Details to fan@fancollection.com.sg or by calling +65 9759 6360. Our management will then decide if your request is valid and you will be informed of your request status once a decision has been made.

Question Returns and Exchanges
AnswerCeiling fans with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during delivery may be returned within 3 days of the date of receipt. The value of the returned ceiling fan will be credited in the form of store credits, unless otherwise stated. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

AnswerWe offer secure payment options through recognised payment gateways including Stripe, or Paypal.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Fan Collection uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

Upon completing your order and clicking “Order Now”, you confirm that the credit card used in the transaction belongs to you and you are the legitimate owner and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the full transaction amount. If we do not receive the correct authorisation, we will not be liable for any non-delivery, or delays in processing your order.
